One handmade, ceramic stoneware pie plate. The fluted rim is visually pretty and also gives your pie crust a natural wave - simply cut excess dough along the edge of the plate and save the step of crimping by hand. It's glazed in a dark forest green glaze with darker notes along the rim of the pot, where the color of the clay comes through. This is a deep dish also appropriate for cobblers or savory bakes.
